In short, a passion and drive to serve the religion, punctuality, access to a desktop computer and comfortable using it, and the willingness to learn and develop your skills. Anything else is a bonus! Although paid part-time or full-time roles will require specific skill sets.

As The Rafida Foundation is in its growth stage, we’re looking for all sorts of skills. From research, to writting, to graphic design, to software development, to marketing. See the list provided at the bottom of the appliaction form to get a better understanding of what we’re looking for.

Yes we do! In your application, please propose a number of hours per week that you can consistently manage. If accepted into the team, you’ll be expected to meet these hours as a minimum.

Unforuntately it is a requirement for all volunteers to meet the agreement hours/week. So please make sure to put in a number that you know you can manage. We ask volunteers not to put in an unrealistic number, as this can have a negative impact on the projects we run since plans are actively made based on these figures!
